Methods of payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card, as well as International money orders , PayPal, and corporate checks via 2checkout.com.
After you have purchased the rug, please allow atleast 1-3 weeks for the delivery. Depending on where you are located the delivery time can vary. Nevertheless, on the confrimation of your order, we will provide you a courier tracking code either from fedex, dhl or any other delivery service that would be used for shipment purposes.
REFUNDS: Please refer to the REFUND POLICY.
Delivery: Shipping is usually inclusive of the price.However, refunds will have a shipping fee deduction(Refer to refund policy). For all orders, any applicable customs and duty charges will apply. We regret that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or an APO address.
Damage: Please attempt to open the package delivered to you in the presence of the driver of the courier company responsible for shipment. If you find that your shipment shows visible signs of damage due to the shipping process, make sure to document that on the shipping manifest. Damage due to shipping must be reported within 3 days. Contact us immediately so that we have a record of the problem and be sure to retain all packaging materials. If possible, take a photograph of the damaged package, as this can assist in the claims process.
Sales Tax: There is no sales tax charged on rugs shipped within the United States. However, if due to any reason sales tax is deemed necessary by the state or any governing agency any applicable taxation will apply and RUGS.TC will not be liable for any charges whatsoever.
